The Senate is scheduled to vote Monday on Debo Adegbile’s nomination to run the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) filed a cloture motion today to advance Adegbile’s nomination; the vote is set for Monday at 5:30 p.m. If the motion is approved, as expected, a final confirmation vote would soon follow.
