The Chicago-based InnerWorkings Inc. print company and three of its officers were sued on Feb. 27 in a putative class action that alleges federal securities violations.
Investor Peter Ikai Van Noppen brought the suit, Van Noppen v. InnerWorkings, in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, against InnerWorkings president and CEO Eric Belcher, CFO Joseph Busky and Christophe Delaune, former president of the company’s French subsidiary.
