Defendant WhiteWave Food Company wants oral arguments on motions to certify seven class actions over Horizon Organic Milk fortified with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

The plaintiffs allege DHA does not support brain health, that the labeling promising this health benefit was misleading and that plaintiffs were injured by paying more for milk containing DHA than for non-DHA products.
