Ronald Hoven, former senior director for global marketing at Eli Lilly and Company, has been accused by plaintiff’s lawyers of committing perjury in his testimony in a bellwether trial over Actos. Hoven said in court papers he has retained counsel experienced in this area of law.
The plaintiffs have subpoenaed Hoven to reappear at the trial via contemporaneous broadcast from the U.S. Courthouse for the Southern District of Indiana.
