The manufacturer of an ear-wax removal device, advertised as a safe way to clean an ear of dirt and moisture, is facing a class action complaint filed by two consumers who say its claims are false.
Plaintiffs Marc Weinstein of Pennsylvania and Thomas Ferguson of New York State filed the complaint against Lenfest Media Group, maker of the WaxVac, in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Read the complaint here.
