Businesses think the forecast for tax reform in Congress this year is murky, according to an annual survey released today from Miller & Chevalier and the National Foreign Trade Council.

Not one of the 129 business tax executives who responded to the 2014 Tax Policy Forecast Survey predicted tax reform would be enacted in 2014, and three of four believe that there will be little or no tax legislation this year.
