The operator of two Affordable Care Act call centers has denied that the company makes its workers falsely record their hours on the job and labor long days without paying overtime.

Maximus, Inc., which runs call centers in Boise, Idaho, and Brownsville, Texas, on March 5 said it follows federal and state labor laws in paying its employees, who give guidance to callers who want to sign up for the “Obamacare” health insurance program or get help understanding its requirements.
