Reynolds Group Holdings Ltd. might not be a household name, but chances are most American consumers are familiar with the products the group’s six subsidiaries manufacture, among them Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil, Hefty trash bags and cups for Starbucks that bear the mermaid logo.
Each of the subsidiaries produces packaging and food service items, and it falls to group legal counsel Joseph Doyle to oversee the parent company’s legal needs and ensure that each of the independently-operated businesses work from the same legal page.
