Plaintiffs are opposing the motion made by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals L.P. and McKesson Corp. to dismiss 58 cases.

The plaintiffs, represented by Los Angeles’ Girardi & Keese, said in a filing with U.S. District Judge Dale Fischer of the Central District of California that they have produced records to defendants proving that the claims are viable. They also said that they have been actively participating in discovery by producing fact sheets and medical records.
