Proposed class actions have been filed in California, Michigan and New York over wages and employment practices by McDonald’s fast-food restaurants. The plaintiffs hope to break new legal ground by suing McDonald’s Corp. directly.
Three lawsuits were filed in California, where a fourth was already pending. Two lawsuits were filed in Michigan and one in New York.
