A federal judge has dealt a blow to an Illinois woman’s putative class-action quest to recover online poker gambling losses as state law permits.
Chief Judge David Herndon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois on March 14 dismissed most of an amended complaint filed by Kelly Sonnenberg. Read the ruling here.
