The Montana Supreme Court has rejected a putative class action in which a plaintiff alleged that Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois violated the Unfair Trade Practices Act.
The plaintiff was attacking a clause limiting Safeco’s coverage because another policy also covered the plaintiff’s motor vehicle accident.
