A new consumer class action has been filed against General Motors Corp. over defects associated with its ignition switch recall.

“GM concealed a dangerous defect and knowingly exposed all of us on the road to unnecessary risk for years,” said W. Daniel “Dee” Miles, who joins a team of attorneys in filing the case. “This is not conduct that can be just swept away by an inadequate recall that does not fully remedy the defect. This class demands a better remedy.”
