A Pennsylvania consumer who claims he suffered severe and permanent injuries while using an “unreasonably dangerous” table saw has filed a products liability suit against the manufacturers of the device.
James Simmers Jr. of Morrisville, Pa., filed his complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on April 7 against South Carolina-based Ryobi Technologies Inc., Techtronic Industries North America Inc. and One Word Technologies Inc., claiming they designed, manufactured, marketed and sold the defective saw.
