A Boston federal judge said Wednesday that accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be able to see his sisters without a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent present.

U.S. Judge George O’Toole Jr. gave the government two weeks to file a brief detailing its arguments against such a meeting. He said their case would have to be “pretty convincing” that the visits pose security risks.
