Jeffrey Grill, a corporate and securities partner, is promoted to managing partner of the firm’s Washington office. He succeeds Christine Nicolaides Kearns, who becomes chief legal and administrative officer at B.F. Saul Co. Grill earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
