Patton Boggs is defending embattled Rep. Michael Grimm, R-N.Y., as federal prosecutors in New York prepare to indict him.
A lawyer for Grimm, Patton Boggs partner William McGinley, who focuses on campaign finance and election law matters, said in a statement Friday that Grimm will be vindicated. Prosecutors are investigating Grimm in a campaign finance case, according to the House Committee on Ethics.
