Medtronic Inc. has agreed to pay $22 million to settle the claims of about 950 filed and unfiled product liability claims over its Infuse Bone Graft product, the medical technology firm said May 6.
The agreement, made with certain plaintiffs’ counsel, is subject to conditions and wasn’t an admission of liability, the Minneapolis-based company said in a statement.
