Blaney previously worked at Proskauer Rose, and Heffernan was at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr. Blaney earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Heffernan earned his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
