Patton Boggs partners began voting Tuesday on their potential merger with Squire Sanders, according to a source with knowledge of the process. The voting will stay open for several days, the person said.
The vote has been anticipated since March by the Washington legal establishment. Patton Boggs is one of the most prominent and largest lobbying firms in town.
