AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP has renewed its argument in another round of court papers that the expert for plaintiffs alleging injury from acid reflux medication Nexium should be rejected.
Without their expert, the plaintiffs cannot demonstrate a genuine issue of material fact and summary judgment should be granted, the drugmaker argued.
