Elliot Berke and William Farah have founded a law firm focusing on political law, including legal and regulatory risk management. Both will act as managing partners. Previously, they co-chaired the political law practice at McGuireWoods. Berke earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and Farah earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

Richard Ferris Jr., who goes by Tad, joins the firm as a partner and co-chairman of its Greater China regulatory practice. Previously, Ferris worked at Holland & Knight. He earned his J.D. from Duke Law School.
