Lawsuits filed by Chicago in May and Santa Clara and Orange counties, Calif., in June target Purdue Pharma L.P., the Purdue Frederick Co. Inc., Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Cephalon Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc., Endo Health Solutions Inc. and Actavis PLC.
