Whole Foods Market Inc. is facing a putative class action in Massachusetts federal district court by a consumer who claims the Austin, Texas-based grocery chain mislabels the sugar content in its 365 Everyday Value Plain Greek Yogurt product.

Plaintiff Tracey Knox filed the suit Aug. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, claiming the label falsely states it contains 2 grams of sugar per serving when it contains much more.
