Plaintiffs lawyers have agreed to settle a class action case alleging Glaceau Vitaminwater was deceptively marketed.
The putative class actions from Florida, Illinois, Ohio and the Virgin Islands are pending in federal multidistrict litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
