A group of asbestos claimants have filed an emergency motion to seeking to block a gasket-maker going through bankruptcy from releasing information subpoenaed by Imperial Tobacco Canada Ltd.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge George Hodges of the Western District of North Carolina has set up a process through which the public can review evidence in the case after interested parties first get a chance to object.
