Baker & Hostetler: Carl Hittinger joins the firm’s complex commercial litigation practice as partner in the Phila­delphia office and will focus on litigation with a concentration on antitrust and unfair competition. Previously, Hittinger was a partner at DLA Piper.

DLA Piper: Geoffrey Ossias joins the firm’s corporate and finance practice as partner in the Phoenix office and will focus on emerging companies in technology-driven sectors, including health care, electronic commerce, renewable energy and financial services. Previously, Ossias was a partner at Quarles & Brady. Additionally, Bevin Brennan joins the firm’s litigation practice as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on commercial litigation, consumer fraud and class actions. Previously, Brennan was a partner at Greenberg Traurig.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (San Francisco): Christian Novay joins the firm’s tort and products liability, trucking and transportation, and construction practices as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on liability matters, including construction and transportation accident litigation. Previously, Novay was a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker.
