A midsized New Jersey law firm has hired an intellectual property litigation group from Squire Patton Boggs to open a Washington office.

Kevin Bell, Richard Oparil and Scott Chambers joined Porzio, Bromberg & Newman on Tuesday as principals and will bring with them about 10 lawyers and staff. The firm now has about 10,000 square feet at 1200 New Hampshire Ave. N.W.
