United Parcel Service Inc. is the world’s largest package-delivery company. UPS also provides trucking and air freight, retail shipping and business services, customs brokerage, and services that enable customers to manage deliveries online.

Headquartered in Atlanta, UPS serves more than 220 countries and territories worldwide. In 2013, the company delivered more than $55 billion in revenue. General counsel Teri McClure said the recent hiring trend has been flat, except for the usual seasonal hiring. The company was founded in 1907.
