A federal judge has issued a case management order in settlements involving Pradaxa.
The order, issued by U.S. District Judge David Herndon of the Southern District of Illinois, is to manage the private liens that health insurers have asserted against the settlements obtained by plaintiffs claiming injuries from the blood thinner. Under Herndon’s order, liens must be asserted by Sept. 15.
