A plaintiff cannot show she suffered neurological injuries from using the denture adhesive Fixodent because her expert witnesses cannot testify reliably, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has ruled.

Judge Peter Fay, writing for the court, said that the lower court did not abuse its discretion or commit manifest injustice in excluding plaintiffs’ experts Dr. George Brewer, Dr. Joseph Landolph and Dr. Ebbing Lautenbach. They were the plaintiff’s three general causation experts.
