Another legal shot has been taken at Tito’s Handmade Vodka, as a second proposed class action alleges its manufacturer falsely advertise it as made in “an old-fashioned pot” when it actually is mass produced by machines.
Florida plaintiffs Shalinus Pye and Raisha Licht take to task Fifth Generation Inc., which they claim engages in deceptive and unfair trade practices by portraying the beverage as a lovingly crafted throwback that produces a higher quality drink than the products of large commercial distilleries.
