She must have known he was coming.
Mark Tilbrook handed out flyers in front of theaters where famed British TV psychic Sally Morgan gave her stage exhibitions. Those flyers expressed skepticism about the legitimacy of psychics and detailed steps to avoid being “tricked or misled into something that may not be real.” Morgan’s husband and manager, John, approached Tilbrook and allegedly threatened him with making him “disappear.” Shortly after the confrontation, Tilbrook received a letter from Sally Morgan’s solicitor, expressing her intention to sue for libel. Tilbrook told The Guardian that he has garnered the support of science writer Simon Singh, attorney Robert Dougans of Bryan Cave and Singh’s organization, The Good Thinking Society. He continues to hand out flyers outside Morgan’s shows. — Richard Binder
