The Occupational Safety and Health Administration scored a win before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which upheld an agency rule covering combustible dust on Friday.
A three-judge panel rejected a challenge from industry groups including the National Oilseed Processors Association and the American Feed Industry Association to an OSHA rule that modified hazard communication standards for combustible dust.
