A bank in bankruptcy proceedings paid Patton Boggs nearly $575,000 that the firm never disclosed, a trustee said in a court filing Tuesday that asks for repayment.

First Place Bank wired and wrote checks to Patton Boggs for a total of $573,241 throughout October 2012 for legal services, according to the complaint filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
