Two drugmakers being sued by the city of Chicago for allegedly masking the downsides of opiate-based painkillers don’t want the city’s amended complaint to be unsealed in its entirety.

Cephalon Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Teva Pharamceuticals Industries Ltd., argues that unsealing all of the complaint would disclose confidential information including trade secrets about its Fentora painkiller.
