Several plaintiffs suing Coloplast Corp. over its pelvic mesh products have moved to initiate discovery because they claim the goal of coordinating the cases into multidistrict litigation has been defeated.
Fleming, Nolen & Jez in Houston moved to allow discovery to proceed in its 41 cases; to have them remanded to the district courts where they originated; or else referred to the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation for reassignment to another judge.
