A Florida federal judge has kept running a proposed class action alleging Robert Bosch LLC deceptively misrepresents that its spark plugs contain platinum.
U.S. District Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington of the Middle District of Florida on Nov. 5 denied the auto parts maker’s motion to dismiss the complaint, which alleges that tests show that the center electrode in Bosch’s Platinum Series spark plugs does not contain the precious metal.
