Jonathan Turley is taking over as lead counsel in House Speaker John Boehner’s yet-to-be-filed lawsuit against President Barack Obama’s executive actions.
Turley, the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University Law School, announced his new role on his blog on Monday.
