Three years and one lawsuit later, Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law has won provisional accreditation from the American Bar Association.
The ABA’s Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar approved the application on Dec. 6, enabling graduates to sit for the bar examination in the jurisdiction of their choosing. Previously, graduates could take the bar exam in Tennessee only.
