A federal judge has refused to dismiss a putative class action against General Motors Co. over allegedly misleading car safety ratings stickers.
In June, Geri Siano Carriuolo of Florida and Peter Bracchi of Tennessee filed suit against GM after they received a letter notifying them the “Monroney” stickers on their 2014 Cadillac CTS sedans had been placed there by mistake “due to an inadvertent computer programming error.”
