Two former wrestlers have filed a class action in Pennsylvania federal court against World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. for its alleged “egregious treatment” of wrestlers.
Evan Singleton and Vito LoGrasso filed the complaint Jan. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, accusing WWE of “negligently or purposefully” failing to diagnose concussions in its performers.
