The legal department at Polaris Industries Inc. keeps pace with the fast-moving snowmobile manufacturer by relying on a core group of outside counsel and individualized billing arrangements.
The 10 attorneys at Polaris, which also makes all-terrain vehicles, build strong ties with outside lawyers, general counsel Stacy Bogart said. She views the company’s outside lawyers as strategic partners, not vendors.
