Overall head count at NLJ 350 law firms was static in 2014, but a look at the top 25 U.S. markets shows sizeable variations from city to city.

While head counts in most major U.S. markets reflected the scant 0.6 percent overall uptick, Minneapolis, Miami and Philadelphia showed marked gains. By contrast, Phoenix and Dallas had more than their fair share of decreases.
