Revisiting affirmative action, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to take a second look at the constitutionality of the admissions policy of the University of Texas at Austin.

Without comment, the court granted review in Fisher v. University of Texas, a sequel to its 2013 decision with the same name. Justice Elena Kagan did not take part in the consideration of the petition.
