Julian Bond: Civil rights leader Julian Bond died over the weekend at the age of 75. The Atlantic takes a look at his legacy in the U.S. Supreme Court, where Bond appealed after he was denied his duly elected seat in the Georgia General Assembly. The high court said in 1966′s Bond v. Floyd that Bond was entitled to the seat.
