Have you ever felt that your can of StarKist chunk light tuna was lighter than it should be? There might be some money in it for you.

The tuna giant was sued in 2013 by a consumer who claimed the company was deliberately underfilling its 5-ounce cans of fish by a few tenths of an ounce. The Consumerist reports that while StarKist admits no wrongdoing, it has settled the case. The company is offering a $25 cash payment or a $50 voucher for more fish purchases to anyone who bought StarKist’s 5-ounce canned tuna between 2009 and 2014. That includes chunk light and solid white varieties, in oil or water. Consumers who didn’t keep their receipts over the years can fill out a form at TunaLawsuit.com by Nov. 20. However, the site warns, be honest: Lying about your purchases could land you in deep water with a perjury charge. — Richard Binder
