Dennis Hastert’s son will no longer represent his father in a civil case in Chicago, according to a motion the former House Speaker’s son filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The court document gives no reason for the change. It simply asks that Christian Poland, a Bryan Cave partner in Chicago, substitute for Ethan Hastert, a Mayer Brown partner, as local counsel in the case.
