One of the most surprising results of this year’s National Law Journal Influence 50 lobbying survey was the number of law firms that counted almost $100 million or more in revenue from work intended to influence federal policy.
It was hard to compare these numbers to previous Influence 50 survey results, because of the way firms have changed their thinking and a shift in emphasis on our end to a more holistic measurement than congressional and the U.S. Justice Department lobbying disclosures.
