Astound Commerce Corp. provides Fortune 500 companies and large retailers with custom software and systems integration services for electronic commerce. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the company employs about 450, with about 25 working in California. Most of the company’s employees are engineers based in Slovakia, Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
Founded in 2000 as EcoFabric, the company rebranded as SysIQ in 2003. The company became Astound Commerce this year after a corporate reorganization.
